The recent developments in The Last of Us season two have sent fans into a tizzy.

Back in April, the post-apocalyptic drama made its highly anticipated return following a two-year absence.

Picking up five years after season one’s hospital showdown, the new batch of episodes follows Joel (Pedro Pascal) and Ellie (Bella Ramsey) as they navigate their strained relationship and settlement in Jackson, Wyoming, a haven free of infected.

Since its premiere, season two has received universal critical acclaim, with many praising its emotional story and expansion of its video game source material.

However, two storylines that have received particular attention from fans have been Ellie and Dina’s romantic relationship –affectionally known as Dellie – and Joel’s tragic death at the hands of Abby (Kaitlyn Dever).

Following their wholesome kiss during the premiere, the season has continued to explore Ellie and Dina’s deepening connection, with the latter joining the former on her quest to kill Abby.

In episode four, the pair’s relationship reaches new heights after their dangerous encounter with the infected, resulting in them having sex and professing their love and dedication to each other.

Since his death at the start of the season, the memory of Joel has been a looming cloud over Ellie, Dina and the viewers at home. However, in episode five, the beloved character made a grand return in the form of a flashback.

Naturally, fans have embraced the aforementioned developments, with many sharing their reactions on social media.

Using the iconic GIF of Anne Hathaway crying tears of joy, one X/Twitter fan wrote: “Ellie told Dina that she would die for her, Dina confessing that she loves Ellie,Dina already had her life planned together with Ellie, Ellie saying that she will have a baby with Dina, Ellie happy to be the father of Dina’s child…”

Another Dina and Ellie fan echoed similar sentiments, tweeting: “Dina saying I love you first and not even letting Ellie say it back because she already knows OMFG.”

In response to Joel’s return in episode five, one viewer wrote, “Pedro Pascal as Joel Miller back on my screen again EVERYONE CHEERED,” while another fan commented, “IM NOT READY HOLD ME DOWN-“

The upcoming penultimate episode of The Last of Us season two is set to explore Joel and Ellie’s relationship before they became somewhat estranged.

The first trailer has arrived for All’s Fair, promising scandal, drama and whodunnit chaos.

Set to premiere this fall on Hulu (US) and Disney+ (UK), the Ryan Murphy-created legal drama follows a group of female lawyers who leave their male-dominated law firm to open a “powerhouse” practice.

As per the synopsis: “Fierce, brilliant, and emotionally complicated, they navigate high-stakes breakups, scandalous secrets, and shifting allegiances—both in the courtroom and within their own ranks. In a world where money talks and love is a battleground, these women don’t just play the game—they change it.”

All’s Fair is set to bring together an array of stars from the Ryan Murphy TV universe, including Sarah Paulson, Niecy Nash-Betts, Kim Kardashian, and Naomi Watts.

The series is also set to feature Hollywood iconGlenn Close, Teyana Taylor and Matthew Noszka.

In the trailer, Allura Grant (Kardashian), Emerald Greene (Nash-Betts) and Liberty Ronson (Watts) are sitting in a conference room before the former asks their client, Dee Barber (Elizabeth Berkley), to take “a deep breath” and tell them her story.

“It’s been a lot. I’m sorry,” Dee says, resulting in Liberty exclaiming, “No, no. We don’t meet with sorry people.”

As the trailer progresses, the iconic ‘Cell Block Tango’ from Broadway’s Chicago plays in the background while clips of the ladies and their glamorous yet complicated lives flash across the screen.

“He hurt you. Get mad, get hot. Get revenge!” Dina Standish (Close) exclaims.

In addition to teasing the series’ intricate storylines, the trailer promises backstabbing, witty dialogue, stunning outfits, twists, turns, and hot, shirtless men.

While an exact release date for All’s Fair has not been announced, the trailer has generated plenty of buzz on social media.

“This show was quite LITERALLY made for me holy shit,” one person on X/Twitter wrote.

Another viewer commented: “Will subscribe to Disney+ again for this.”

A third pop culture enthusiast tweeted: “I know this is a Ryan Murphy production, so I shouldn’t be surprised, but god, this cast is CAMP.”

Joe Locke has opened up about producing the upcoming Heartstopper film alongside co-star and friend Kit Connor.

Back in April, Netflix finally announced that the stories of Nick, Charlie, and the rest of the beloved gang will be wrapped up with a feature film rather than a fourth season.

The streamer also confirmed that Locke and Connor would be reprising their roles and working as executive producers alongside Oseman, Patrick Walters, Ian Canning, Emile Sherman and Euros Lyn.

In a recent interview with Gold Derby, the Agatha All Along star opened up about his upcoming producer responsibilities – expressing his excitement to learn the ropes.

“I think that they’re going to regret giving it to me because I’m gonna have so much fun with it, but not in a bad way. I’m just really excited to learn everything I can from the experience and take it forward, you know,” he explained.

“As an actor, you don’t really get to see much of the behind-the-scenes stuff. So it’s been, even so far, so nice getting to be in those conversations, and they’re really taking us seriously, me and Kit.”

When asked how the Warfare star is faring as a producing partner, Locke replied: “Great! Yeah, all of our notes so far have been pretty on the same page.”

The Sweeney Todd actor isn’t the only one to gush about the Heartstopper film’s new producing dynamic.

In an April interview with Netflix’s Tudum, Oseman said they were excited to work with Locke and Connor on the “creative and logistical problems that arise throughout production”.

“I’ve always enjoyed hearing their thoughts and ideas about Heartstopper, and I’m hoping that we’ll have more of those conversations now that we’re an exec team,” Oseman continued.

“We all want to work together to make the best movie we can, and hopefully, with their insights and experience, we’re even better suited to making that possible.”

The Solitare author also discussed the goals they want to achieve with the film, telling the streamer that they want it to be “a beautiful and emotional send-off for the Heartstopper story, celebrating what Heartstopper means to people, a chance to say goodbye to our beloved characters, and many hints of what’s to come in the character’s future lives.”

“On a slightly deeper level, I think this movie will explore what makes love survive, or what elevates it, or deepens it. At 18, 17, Nick and Charlie are hurtling towards their adult lives. Many teenage relationships don’t survive that pivotal moment of change,” Oseman continued.

“Are Nick and Charlie a forever love? If they are, why? I want the movie to capture this transitional moment for them as a couple – from teens to adults, from teen romance to forever love, from past to future.”

For Heartstopper’s final outing, Still Alice and Colette filmmaker Wash Westmoreland has been tapped to direct the film.

The full cast is yet to be announced, but the following cast members are expected to reprise their fan-favourite roles: William Gao as Tao, Corinna Brown as Tara, Kizzy Edgell as Darcy, Tobie Donovan as Isaac, Jenny Walser as Tori, and Rhea Norwood as Imogen.

The official synopsis for the film reads: “Nick and Charlie are inseparable, but with Nick preparing to leave for university and Charlie finding new independence at school, the reality of a long-distance relationship begins to weigh on them.

“Doubts take hold, and their relationship faces its biggest challenge yet. Meanwhile, their friends are also navigating the ups and downs of love and friendship, confronting the bittersweet challenges of growing up and moving on. Can first loves really last forever?”

All Stars 10 has made its highly anticipated double premiere, and fans are already predicting that it’s one of the “best seasons” in the franchise.

*Warning* major spoilers ahead

After weeks of anticipation, fans were finally treated to the first two episodes of the tenth season of the popular spin-off series.

Unlike past entries, All Stars 10 takes on an entirely new format, with 18 queens competing for the crown, $200,000 and a coveted spot in the Drag Race Hall of Fame instead of the usual 12.

The fierce lineup is as follows: Acid Betty (season 8), Aja (season 9, All Stars 3), Alyssa Hunter (season 14), Bosco (season 14), Cynthia Lee Fontaine (season 8, 9), Daya Betty (season 14), Deja Skye (season 14), Denali (season 13) and Ginger Minj (season 7, All Stars 2, 6).

More gag-worthy star power incoming: Irene the Alien (season 15), Jorgeous (season 14, All Stars 9), Kerri Colby (season 14), Lydia B Kollins (season 17), Mistress Isabelle Brooks (season 15), Nicole Paige Brooks (season 2), Olivia Lux (season 13), Phoenix (season 3) and Tina Burner (season 13).

In addition to featuring a gargantuan lineup, All Stars 10 sees the 18 queens split into three groups of six, each competing in their own bracket across three episodes.

For the double premiere, the first group up to the plate was the orange bracket, consisting of Aja, Irene, Deja, Phoenix, Bosco, and Olivia.

After strutting down the runway in their entrance looks, Ru broke down the rules for All Stars 10, revealing that none of the ladies would be eliminated in the preliminary rounds. Instead, they would be competing for points.

“At the end of this three-episode bracket, the three all stars with the most points from this bracket will advance to the semi-finals, where you will face off against the top three all stars from the other brackets,” Ru explained.

“Here’s how the point system works. Every week, the top two queens will receive two points each, and those two queens will lip sync for the win. The winner of the lip sync will receive an extra point plus a cash tip of $10,000. But wait, there is more… an additional four points will be awarded each episode, but more on that later.”

After going over the intricate point system, Mama Ru tasked the queens with their first maxi-challenge of the season – writing, recording and performing in the music video for ‘Winner Winner, Chicken Dinner.’

With their task in hand, the queens made their way to the werkroom to dissect the new tournament format, kiki with one another, and, of course, get out of drag.

“In three weeks bitch only half of us move on to the semi-final. Baby, this is not junior varsity; it’s giving varsity down boots,” Olivia said in a confessional.

After getting into comfortable attire, the ladies got to work on their verses for the Winner Winner, Chicken Dinner music video.

Irene expressed excitement about participating in the challenge because she went home first during her season.

“When I found out we were doing this, I was really, really excited,” she told Aja, who followed up by asking what the former was going to write.

“I didn’t get to show a lot on season 15, so sort of about making sure that I’m not a forgetful filler queen.”

While Irene was excited, Deja was a bit more reserved, revealing to Phoenix that she was nervous. On the other side of the workroom, Olivia and Bosco oozed confidence, with the former exclaiming that she felt really good about executing the challenge.

Bosco echoed similar sentiments, adding that the metal music video is in her wheelhouse because she is “kind of a heavy metal stripper.”

As usual, RuPaul dropped by the workroom to get tea on the queens’ ideas, give helpful wisdom, and share some laughs.

After fine-tuning their lyrics, the orange bracket made their way to the stage to learn their choreography for the music video, with longstanding Drag Race personality and acclaimed choreographer Jamal Sims.

During rehearsals, Aja, Bosco, and Deja effortlessly grasped the choreography, while Irene, Olivia and Phoenix struggled to fully come out of their shells.

The next day, the queens returned to the workroom to prepare for the main stage and the premiere of the ‘Winner Winner, Chicken Dinner’ music video.

While most of the queens were confident about their performances in the challenge, Phoenix didn’t feel the same.

“I’m shitting bricks. I don’t want to repeat season 3 again. You know, I’m trying not to get in my head, but it’s happening. I can feel it happening,” she said in a confessional.

“This is not how I want week one to go. In order for me to win this challenge, I really need to not be my worst enemy. I hope it’s all going to come out the way it’s supposed to.”

After a comedic and somewhat tense battle of the words between Irene and Aja, the queens headed to the mainstage to show off their ‘Slits and Tits’ runway ensembles before debuting their Winner Winner, Chicken Dinner music video.

Unsurprisingly, each of the ladies showcased metal rock realness, delivering unique and creative verses that gagged Ru and the judges’ panel.

However, with All Stars rules in full effect, only two queens could land in the top two.

Following the judges’ critiques, Ru announced Aja and Irene as the top contestants, earning them both two points.

The pair were then tasked with performing a lip sync for the win to Ice Spice’s ‘Think You The Shit, Fart.’

Amid the hard-hitting beats, Aja and Irene laid it all out on the stage, delivering creative choreography, comedic moments and charisma galore.

Ultimately, Aja was named the winner, earning her a cash tip of $10,000 and an extra point.

Following the lip sync, Ru called Bosco, Deja, Phoenix and Olivia back to the main stage before joking that one of them was standing on a trap door.

Ru then revealed how the four extra point twist would work, explaining that each bottom queen would receive a point to give to another competitor they think is the MVQ (the Most Valuable Queen of the Week).

In episode two, the bottom four queens divvied out their respective points.

Fortunately, the process was drama-free, with Bosco and Phoenix giving each other their points and Deja and Olivia following suit.

The six queens were then tasked with their first mini-challenge, playing Front Roll on three Pit Crew members: Manuel, Bryce and Bruno.

“Your goal is to roll softballs up the tanned and brawny chest of the pit crew. But here’s the catch… no hands,” Ru explained.

After getting consent from the pit crew, the ladies hilariously went to work. In the end, Irene won the mini-challenge and a cash tip of $2,500.

After putting away their softballs, Ru tasked the queens with their second maxi challenge, starring in the mystery improv Murder on the Dancefloor.

“Now, without a script, you need to create entertaining characters, but remember that anything you say can and will be used against you tomorrow on the main stage,” Ru explained.

Unlike other seasons, the girls landed the parts they wanted without drama.

Despite some of the queens being nervous about their improv skills, they all put their best foot forward, delivering hilarious performances alongside Ru as Inspector Poussay and Carson Kressley, Captain Shtooping and Michelle Visage as Vichelle Massage.

After walking down the runway in their best ‘Coming and Going’ ensembles, Ru and the judges’ panel, including guest judge Colman Domingo, shared their critiques.

Irene, Bosco and Deja were praised for their performances, while Olivia, Aja and Phoenix failed to capture the judges fully.

Ultimately, Ru named Irene and Bosco as the top two queens of the week, resulting in them lip syncing to Sophie Ellis-Bextor’s ‘Murder on the Dance Floor.’

The two queens didn’t disappoint, delivering passion, disco realness, and sickening ruveals. However, Bosco conquered the lip sync, winning $10,000 and earning an additional point.

Striking action sequences, beloved heroes and gratuitous male nudity is crucial for every sci-fi series, and thankfully, it looks like the new season Foundation will deliver on all fronts.

Due for release 11 July on Apple TV+, season three will be set 152 years after the events of its predecessor, where “The Foundation has become increasingly established far beyond its humble beginnings while the Cleonic Dynasty’s Empire has dwindled”.

“As both of these galactic powers forge an uneasy alliance, a threat to the entire galaxy appears in the fearsome form of a warlord known as “The Mule” whose sights are set on ruling the universe by use of physical and military force, as well as mind control,” reads the official synopsis.

“It’s anyone’s guess who will win, who will lose, who will live and who will die as Hari Seldon, Gaal Dornick, the Cleons and Demerzel play a potentially deadly game of intergalactic chess.”

Apple TV+ has just launched the first official trailer, as well as the first set of images. In one, Lee Pace reprises his role as the villainous yet dashing Brother Day, flaunting chiseled abs, a full beard and flowing locks, all barely concealed by a modest robe.

The Emmy-nominated actor, who is openly gay, hasn’t been shy about taking his kit off in the series, memorably documenting his fitness journey with a shirtless workout video in December 2023. Like we said above, gratuitous male nudity is… encouraged.

Foundation season three will also see the return of Jared Harris as Hari Seldon, Lou Llobell as Gaal Dornick, Leah Harvey as Salvor Hardin, Laura Birn as Demerzel, Terrence Mann as Brother Dusk and Cassian Bilton as Brother Dawn.

New cast members include Cherry Jones as Foundation Ambassador Quent, Brandon P. Bell as Han Pritcher, Synnøve Karlsen as Batya Mallow, Cody Fern as Toran Mallow, Tómas Lemarquis as Magnifico Giganticus, Alexander Siddig as Dr. Ebling Mis, Pilou Asbæk as The Mule (replacing Mikael Persbrant) and Troy Kotsur as Preem Palver.

The first season of Foundation received mixed reviews from fans and critics, while its follow-up was universally lauded. Season three launches 11 July on Apple TV+, with following episodes to air weekly until 12 September.

Nicole Paige Brooks has spilt the tea on the queen who allegedly backed out of Drag Race All Stars 10.

On 9 May, fans will be treated to the popular drag franchise’s landmark tenth season of All Stars.

Described as the “Tournament of All Stars,” the new batch of episodes will feature 18 queens, who are divided into three groups of six, each competing in their own bracket across three episodes.

The synopsis adds: “At the end of each bracket, the top three queens with the highest point totals will then advance to the semi-finals.

“There, they’ll go head-to-head with the top queens from the other groups in another round of fierce competition over 3 episodes. The tournament will culminate in an epic Lip Sync Smackdown for the Crown, where the finalists will battle it out for a place in the coveted Drag Race Hall of Fame.”

While All Stars 10 is set to be the gaggiest Drag Race season yet, it almost featured a different lineup queens.

On 6 May, Nicole Paige Brooks took to TikTok live to spill some major tea about the forthcoming batch of episodes – including the alleged casting and pre-filming departure of season 14 queen Maddy Morphosis.

“See, what happened was, they sent us a list of names, and there was a girl on there, and we had to, you know, get ready to read this girl or whatever and then when we got to the hotel, she wasn’t there,” the season 2 queen explained.

Nicole went on to reveal that production came to their room with a laptop to explain the situation. However, midway through her story, the beloved talent asked a person off-screen if she should reveal the queen’s name.

Paramount Plus

“I don’t know what I can’t show them. Anyway, so they said, this drag queen who is also a heterosexual, I can just say that, is not going to be here, so this is the person who’s going to be here, they’re on season 17,” she continued.

“And they showed us videos, they were like, ‘Here’s a couple of her runways. Here’s her reading Mistress,’ because Mistress met her during filming. And that’s how we met Lydia, on the internet.”

When a viewer asked if it was Maddy, Nicole confirmed before giving further insight into how production incorporated Lydia into the cast.

“They were like, ‘Yeah, you got to pretend that you’ve already seen season 17.’ So, like, yeah it was really weird. But we were like, I guess she made an impression.”

Naturally, Drag Race fans flocked to social media to share their reactions to the juicy tea.

One X/Twitter user wrote: “Maan such a let down ,Production pre-briefing them on Lydia. Would’ve been so much fun and a gag for them to experience ms butthole no lube!”

Another viewer on Reddit echoed similar sentiments: “This is really juicy, but I pray she doesn’t get sued or something. Stay safe queen. PS – I hate that they made them watch Lydia on s17, it would be so funny to watch a random girl enter that no one knows.”

A third Drag Race fan added: “Honestly, Maddy dropping out is a good thing bcuz i would love to see her in a different all stars format. i think she has potential to go far, and i think she was underappreciated on her season.”

While Maddy isn’t appearing on All Stars 10, six of her season 14 sisters are set to return to the workroom for another shot at the crown.

The lineup is as follows: Acid Betty (season 8), Aja (season 9, All Stars 3), Alyssa Hunter (season 14), Bosco (season 14), Cynthia Lee Fontaine (season 8, 9), Daya Betty (season 14), Deja Skye (season 14), Denali (season 13) and Ginger Minj (season 7, All Stars 2, 6).

Paramount+

More gag-worthy star power incoming: Irene Dubois (season 15), Jorgeous (season 14, All Stars 9), Kerri Colby (season 14), Lydia B Kollins (season 17), Mistress Isabelle Brooks (season 15), Nicole Paige Brooks (season 2), Olivia Lux (season 13), Phoenix (season 3) and Tina Burner (season 13).

In addition to the gargantuan cast of queens, All Stars 10 is set to feature a star-studded lineup of guest judges, including Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande, Chappell Roan, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Colman Domingo, Ice Spice, Susanne Bartsch, Kate Beckinsale, Adam Shankman, Mayan Lopez, and Devery Jacobs.

RuPaul will be joined on the panel by mainstays Michelle Visage, Ts Madison, Jamal Sims, Ross Matthews and Carson Kressley, as well as recurring judge Law Roach.

Drag Race All Stars 10 will air every Friday on Paramount Plus in the US, and WOW Presents Plus in the UK.

American Horror Story season 13 has received a disappointing update.

Back in 2020, FX ordered three additional seasons – 11, 12 and 13 – of Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuck’s popular anthology series.

Since that fateful day, the show’s team have treated fans to two spooky additions to the franchise, American Horror Story: NYC and American Horror Story: Delicate.

However, since the season 12 finale in April 2024, details surrounding season 13, its plot and cast have remained a mystery.

After months of uncertainty and speculation, the chief of Disney TV Studios, Eric Schrier, finally shared an update with Deadline on the forthcoming entry, and it’s certainly bittersweet.

“We don’t have another incarnation of American Horror Story ordered, but it’s a franchise that, by design, can always be rebooted. And so when Ryan has an idea that is great and can figure it out with his schedule of all the things that he’s doing, I could very well see us doing another instalment,” Schrier told the news outlet.

When asked if American Horror Story would continue following the 13th season, Schrier confirmed that there would always be a place for the show as long as Murphy has an idea.

“The way we work with Ryan is different than with other creators, he’s in a select few group of people that, if he has a great idea for another American Horror Story, and that’s something that [FX Networks chairman] John [Landgraf] and the team at FX really want to do, we’re going to figure it out,” he explained.

While American Horror Story season 13 won’t be on our screens anytime soon, Murphy confirmed in October that he wasn’t giving up on the show.

“I haven’t really landed on it yet. There’s a couple things in contention. I did have a wonderful conversation with Sarah Paulson the other day, and she was like, ‘Okay, I think it’s time we get the band back together, so let’s make some calls here,” he told Variety.

“So I’m gonna have dinner with Sarah and Evan Peters in the not too distant future, because they’re both dear to me. I love that show. I’ll never give up on that show.”

That same month, Paulson echoed sentiments similar to Murphy’s during her appearance on Good Morning America.

“I think there is a big chance that I will return to American Horror Story. I’ve got everything crossed. I would like to do it more than anything. It’s my home. It’s where I started,” she said.

“I got to play seven different characters in seven years which, as an actor, is the most exciting, thrilling thing. [It] also allows an audience to be ready for anything you’re going to do because they’re not attached to one thing that you do, specifically. That has given me a lot of career flexibility.”

Paulson continued to reveal that she’s keen to reunite with her “favourite people”, creator Ryan Murphy and co-star Evan Peters: “You can pretty much tell me what time I will be there, and I will be there.”

While we’ll have to wait a bit longer for American Horror Story season 13, fans will have plenty of content to consume from Murphy and company –  including the Charlie Hunnam-led third season of Netflix’s Monster, FX’s American Love Story, The Beauty and All’s Fair.

You can watch all 12 seasons of American Horror Story on Disney+ in the UK and Hulu in the US.

In what feels like a fever dream of casting, Manu Ríos and Kit Connor are set to star opposite each other in an upcoming zombie flick!

According to Deadline, the respective Elité and Heartstopper icons will lead the horror film Rapture, joined by On Swift Horses star Will Poulter. It will mark a reunion for Connor and Poulter, who recently appeared together in A24’s Warfare (2025).

Set in Medieval England in 1348, the film “alights on Lansley Abbey, a remote stone monastery in Yorkshire, which houses ten monks bound by a life of strict routine and devotion”.

Deadline’s synopsis continues: Their fragile peace is disrupted by the arrival of a messenger – a man with haunting news from the outside world who rapidly shows symptoms of a mystery illness. A virulent plague is spreading through the land: marked initially by a hemorrhagic fever, it turns its victims into “revenants” — restless, undead beings.

“As the contagion closes in, Lansley Abbey becomes a battleground: desperate outsiders beg for refuge while the infected threaten to overrun its walls. The monks are torn apart by a moral rift — between those who believe they must care for the sick and those who want to protect the centuries of knowledge safe-guarded by the monastery.

“As death is fully unleashed, so too is the brothers’ capacity for extraordinary acts of altruism and ruthless betrayal, forcing them to confront the ultimate question: what does it mean to be human?”

Set to begin filming in Hungary later this year, Rapture marks the feature debut of acclaimed playwright and director Jordan Tannahill. The film is being produced by Elevation Pictures (Infinity Pool), 2AM (Past Lives), and Brookstreet Pictures (The Brutalist), with Eli Arenson (Lamb) on board as director of photography.

In a statement, Gabrielle Stewart, CEO HanWay Films, said: “We have all been blown away by the vision Jordan has for Rapture.

“It is rare to have such an atmospheric and terrifying zombie horror film that inhabits such an authentic historical world, with complex characters grappling with the biggest moral dilemmas. It is no wonder he has already attracted such great casting in Will, Kit and Manu with more to come, backed by top tier producers.”

Ríos is best known for his portrayal of Patrick Blanco in Netflix’s beloved Spanish teen series Elité (2021–2022), and has since appeared in La edad de la ira (2022), Strange Way of Life (2023), Muted (2023) and Respira (2024).

Connor rose to superstardom as Nick Nelson in Heartstopper, earning the inaugural Children’s and Family Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Performance. Over the past year, he has garnered acclaim for his role in the Broadway production of Romeo & Juliet (2024) and the war drama Warfare.

Fresh off her well-deserved Drag Race victory, Onya Nurve is ready for a starring role.

In an interview with GAY TIMES, the season 17 champion revealed that her dream is to achieve the coveted EGOT — and to star in a film alongside acclaimed Black actors like Viola Davis, Kerry Washington, Denzel Washington, and Lupita Nyong’o.

She added: “All in one movie, all in one space, is how I see it.”

Throughout the season, Onya memorably showed off her comedic chops — from the campy chaos of Ross Matthews vs The Ducks to her Snatch Game win in front of Abbott Elementary star Quinta Brunson.

Given how much she gushed about the Emmy-winning comedy, we told her a guest appearance felt inevitable.

Excited at the prospect, Onya responded: “Oh, it’s going to happen! That’s already stamped in stone in my brain. It is. That’s not even a dream. That’s going to happen…”

And it might not be far off. Brunson clearly took notice — on the panel, she expressed interest in seeing Onya “host Saturday Night Live one day,” adding that she’s a “fan” and that she “loves her”.

Across its acclaimed four-season run (so far), Abbott Elementary has welcomed a slew of iconic guest stars — including Taraji P. Henson, Bradley Cooper, Keegan-Michael Key, Leslie Odom Jr., Ayo Edebiri, and Jalen Hurts — and even featured a crossover with It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

In other words: there’s plenty of room for Onya Nurve to sashay through the Abbott halls. (Manifest it with us now…)

Onya memorably triumphed over Jewels Sparkles in the Drag Race season 17 finale after the two powerhouses lip-synced to Lady Gaga’s iconic banger, ‘Abracadabra’.

With four maxi-challenge wins, multiple additional top placements and just one appearance in the lip-sync for your life, Onya cemented her status as one of the most formidable contestants in Drag Race herstory.

Onya also won praise from fans for her unwavering commitment to celebrating and uplifting Black culture on the runway.

As she told GAY TIMES: “There are so many entertainers in the world that look just like me and feel just like me, that they’re not good enough and have to work twice as hard as their white counterparts to get even half of what they have.

“I just want to be a reminder that, if you keep working hard and following your dreams, baby, you can also be a RuPaul’s Drag Race superstar.”

In a teaser trailer for the upcoming season, Wicked stars Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande can be seen entering the werkroom, exclaiming, “The witches will see you now!” to rapturous applause from the queens.

Roan also makes an equally iconic entrance, surprising the All Stars in a dressing gown and a wig cap before asking, “Do any of you queers have something sexy I can slip into?”

Quick glimpses of the judging panel reveal Oscar nominee Colman Domingo, ‘Think U The Shit (Fart)’ rapper Ice Spice and Sarah Michelle Gellar, aka “mother!”, as guest judges. Gellar memorably made her Drag Race debut in season 16, where she was lauded as one of the best guest panellists in herstory.

Additional judges include nightlife icon Susanne Bartsch, Kate Beckinsale (Underworld), Adam Shankman (So You Think You Can Dance), Mayan Lopez (Lopez vs. Lopez) and Devery Jacobs (Reservation Dogs).

RuPaul will be joined on the panel by mainstays Michelle Visage, Ts Madison, Jamal Sims, Ross Matthews and Carson Kressley, as well as recurring judge Law Roach.

Premiering May 9 on Paramount Plus in the U.S. and WOW Presents Plus in the UK, Drag Race All Stars 10 features the largest cast in All Stars herstory.

Drag Race All Stars will be accompanied by new episodes of Drag Race All Stars: Untucked. Visit here for more tea on the cast.
